Exhibit Fees
All booths are equipped with:
- 1 kW power (230 V) - electricity as per French norms (in case of need, power can be increased at extra cost, the demand needs to be done at the latest by beginning of May).
Each stand will have one bloc to allow 3 plug-ins.
- Light: Rail including one spot each 3 m2 (the bulbs are included).
- Carpet: Included in the price of the booth. The exhibitor needs to take out the protection.
- One printed label with the exhibitor's company name.
The maximum height per booth is 2,5m. Furniture is not included.
Exhibitors who need furniture are requested to consult the furniture catalog and then fill out the furniture price list to be returned to the European Physical Society (contact Patricia Helfenstein).

* After this deadline all prices will be charged 15% more.
Exhibit Space Includes:
For each booth exhibitors will receive:
- One technical session badge, it is transferable and will automatically be issued in the name of the exhibiting company
- One access to the conference
- One conference bag with abstract book and any other conference materials
- Listed in website and in the Program Booklet as Exhibitor
How to proceed to exhibit at ICNT:
1. First return the response form to Yann Girard.
2. Yann Girard will send you the confirmation with cc. to Patricia Helfenstein
3. Return to Patricia Helfenstein the agreement for an exhibition space + furniture pricelist in case you need furniture.
4. Patricia Helfenstein will return you the invoice.
Contract and payment:
The exhibitor needs to return the agreement for an exhibition space constituting a valid and binding contract. All conditions apply as written in the agreement.
Payment in full for space rental must accompany the contract.
