Move-in Monday AM, July 23
Move-Off Friday AM, July 27 (stands will be dismounted on Friday morning, exhibitors need to take care to clean their material by Thursday evening at the latest).
Exhibit Location:
Descartes and Sorbonne Universities are located in the center of the Quartier latin five minutes walk to Saint Germain and Saint Michel boulevards. The exhibition will take place at the heart of the conferences rooms very near a poster session place (see map below). More than two hundreds square meters will be devoted to 30 exhibition places located in the Grand Hall and in the Cours d'honneur of Paris 5 university.
